I’ve been a loyal customer for 10 years, and while the food remains decent, my recent experiences have been disappointing. On two separate visits, I did not receive items I had paid for — first, extra curry, and then extra rice. On the first occasion, I had to produce my receipt to get what I had already paid for. The staff member’s response to both situations was far from professional, which left a poor impression. I genuinely miss the standard of service this place used to offer. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the order accuracy and the attitude of the staff. A long-time customer deserves better.

I picked up food around 11 pm. Upon inspecting my food at the counter, I let the man at the front know that some of The chicken was raw. He said it was “fine”. Trusting him I took it home and there was at least two pieces of raw chicken in my meal.

Gave Pinch a try and it ended up being a really solid spot. The food is fresh, flavorful and feels a little different in a good way. The place has a cool, relaxed vibe that makes it easy to hang out for a bit. It's great for going with friends or just grabbing something quick without it feeling rushed. I'd definitely come back again.

I used to be a regular here, but the quality has plummeted recently. During my last visit, the fried chicken tasted disgusting because the oil smelled incredibly funky—clearly, it hasn't been changed in a while. Even worse, I found dust and debris in my food that almost made me sick. It’s a major hygiene concern, and I won’t be coming back.

Not 4.8 at all. Don't know how this place has such an average. Bowl was extremely subpar. Barely any veggies and the fried chicken was over fried and questionable in the way I that wondered if it was chicken. My friend and I didn't finish our bowls and didn't want to keep the leftovers either. Not like us at all. I walked back to the truck and asked the guy if I could give him feedback (I would much rather do that than leave a review). He shook his head and said no. Will never be going back.
